Recruiting for the BAC: Template Materials

State Medicaid agencies must create and support a Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC) under the Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services final rule by July 2025. This toolkit includes materials state agencies can use to recruit members for the BAC, including a recruitment flyer, template social media graphics, core messages, website copy, and newsletter copy.
