Health Care Coverage, Access, and Affordability for Children and Parents: New Findings from March 2018

This brief examines changes in health insurance coverage and health care access and affordability for parents and their children between 2013 and 2018 using data from the Health Reform Monitoring Survey. It finds that the gains in coverage, access, and affordability for parents and children that occurred since 2013 have been sustained through March 2018, but significant gaps remain.
